Relax in our 1 bedroom 1 bath beachfront condo at Birdsong on Treasure Island. This ground floor unit is on the end, closest to the beach with full views of the ocean from every window. It also comes fully stocked with all the beach gear you might need, as well as basic condiments, spices, dishware, cookware, and complimetary toiletries.
Birdsong is conveniently located only 1/4 mile to downtown Treasure Island, the big beach slides, the Sunday Drum Circle, and the famous “Sloppy Joe’s beach bar and grill” (at the Bilmar hotel). Also, the City of Treasure Island fireworks displays for New Year’s Eve, the 4th of July, and the opening of the Sanding Ovations sandcastle festival (the week before Thanksgiving). Wake up to ocean views from every window and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. With its prime beachfront location, walkability to downtown, and a peaceful community feel, this is the perfect spot to unwind, explore, and soak up the sun.
The condo is just 3 blocks from downtown Treasure Island, where you'll find beach bars, live music, coffee shops, local boutiques, and plenty of dining options. No car? No problem. When it’s time to rest, you’ll find comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four guests, including a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper chair, and a crib for the little ones.
Outside, take a dip in the community pool, challenge friends to a game of shuffleboard, or fire up the charcoal Weber grill for a casual dinner under the stars. Beach gear is provided—towels, chairs, umbrellas, and more—so you can enjoy the sand and surf with ease.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
