With a prime location, you’re just a short walk from the beach and a variety of shops and restaurants! This well-equipped home has everything you need. Enjoy dinner on the screened porch or sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise! The apartment includes a private entrance, ample space, stainless steel appliances, and shared laundry facilities outside. You can dine at the table or the kitchen island, and the open floor plan is perfect for spending quality time together. Have a boat or jet ski? There’s a dock available for you to tie up, complete with a cleaning station for fishing!
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
