This beautifully redecorated second-floor 1-bedroom condo at Tropic Breezes offers stunning views of the pool and peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will enjoy a comfortable stay with two flat-screen TVs, a newly redecorated living area, and free Wi-Fi.

Important Note: The on-site laundry room is unavailable indefinitely. Parking is available for one vehicle, with additional parking options nearby.

The condo is ideally situated just steps from the beach, directly across the street from public beach access and a convenience store. It's also within walking distance of many local shops and restaurants. Madeira Beach is renowned for its 2.5 miles of pristine white-sand beaches and sparkling Gulf waters.

A major highlight is John's Pass Village & Boardwalk, a charming historic district featuring waterfront shops, seafood restaurants, and a variety of water activities like jet ski rentals, dolphin-watching tours, and pirate cruises.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction).
